Marc Logan first made a name for himself on the football field at Bryan Station High School. A stand-out running back for the Defenders from 1980-1983, Marc rushed for 1,590 yards and 14 touchdowns his senior year. To cap off his final season at Bryan Station, Marc led his team to the Class 4A semifinals.
After high school, Marc took his talents to the University of Kentucky. At UK, Marc starred at tailback and fullback for four seasons. He led the Wildcats in receptions his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. In the Hall of Fame Bowl during his sophomore season, Marc scored two touchdowns on just five plays and was named MVP for the game. He set two NCAA bowl game records for the longest kick return of 85 yards and the longest play from scrimmage with 63 yards. His kickoff record still stands today.
In 1987, the NFL came calling as Marc was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals. He went on to play for the Miami Dolphins from 1989-91, the San Francisco 49ers from 1992-94, and the Washington Redskins from 1995-97. This 11-year professional career resulted in two Super Bowl appearances and one championship ring for Marc. He played for the Bengals in Super Bowl XXIII at the end of the 1988-89 season, and his San Francisco 49ers team won Super Bowl XXIX at the end of the 1994-95 season.
